Individual coaching.
For high stakes speaking.
A structured coaching journey so your message holds under pressure.
A meeting. A pitch. A presentation.
You know what you want to say, and still it doesn’t land.
In coaching, we rehearse what you actually need.
Presence. Structure. Story. Delivery.
So you can show up with more ease when it matters.
What people bring to coaching. And what we work on.
Sometimes it’s one specific moment: a pitch, keynote, interview, leadership update.
Sometimes it’s a pattern: nerves, over-explaining, losing structure, speaking too fast.
Both are coachable.
We’ll choose the right path based on your goal and timeline.
Coaching Intensive
For a specific moment that’s coming up soon.
A pitch, keynote, panel, interview, leadership update, or high-stakes conversation.
Typical format: 2 × 90 minutes across 1–2 weeks (depending on your deadline).
Focus: clarify the message, shape the structure, and rehearse delivery.
Coaching Program
For deeper development over time.
We build repeatable skills in presence, structure, and storytelling, and apply them to your real work situations.
Typical format: 4 sessions across 2 months, with practice between sessions.
Focus: develop your personal style and make it reliable under pressure.
In the call we’ll decide on the best learning path for your goal and timeline.
How we work
This is theatre-based training. Not acting. It’s rehearsal.
In rehearsal, you don’t perfect the script first and the acting later.
You let them shape each other.
That’s how we work in coaching.
We build the story and the structure while we rehearse delivery — voice, body, rhythm, and the room.
Because a message doesn’t land on paper.
It lands in a person.
You’ll leave with a clearer storyline and a delivery you can trust under pressure.
Coaching sessions can be given in English, German or Dutch.
Provided on-site, online or in a hybrid format.
What Others Are Saying
“I had a great pleasure of working with Bjorn, who coached my team for the final pitch of the winners of Berlin University Alliance Research-to-Market Challenge business idea competition 2020. I was impressed by how quickly he grasped the complexity of our solution (a combination of computer and life science) and provided the useful feedback on how to present it clearly and confidently. Bjorn's approach of combining theatrical training with storytelling is unique, and together with his very friendly personality, great didactic skills and profound professional knowledge of self-presentation, makes the whole training a very efficient and enjoyable experience. Thank you Bjorn!”
