How the 6 weeks work

This cohort runs over six weeks, with three live workshops and structured practice in between.
Participants work with real material from their day-to-day communication.

 

Week 1: align on
learning goals

Clarify what this cohort needs to solve for your organisation — and why it matters. We choose real communication moments and define a shared baseline for story, structure, and delivery.

 

Week 4: practice
delivery skills

Rehearse voice, body, and presence — so the message holds under pressure. We test different delivery choices and keep what feels natural and works in real meetings.

Week 2: strengthen
stories and examples

Make ideas easier to follow by choosing the right stories, examples, and details. We work on what to include, what to leave out, and how to make the message memorable without over-explaining.

 

Week 5: create
the perfect slide deck

Create slides that support the message instead of competing with it. We focus on clarity, simplicity, and a visual structure that helps your audience stay with you.

Week 3: build
structure that holds

Use repeatable structures for updates, pitches, and internal communication. We shape clear storylines and practice moving through them with confidence.

 

Week 6: integration
and next steps

Bring it together. Participants rehearse with real material, receive feedback, and leave with a plan for how to keep practicing after the cohort.

How is it delivered?

Online, on-site, or hybrid — depending on your team and locations.

How many participants can join?

It works best with a small-to-medium group of maximum 12 Participants.
